We’ve made gifting the Mystique experience easier and more extraordinary than ever! Our new Master Key replaces traditional dollar-value gift certificates with a complete dining and magic experience. Each Master Key includes General Admission to our Grand Dining Chamber, a delicious multi-course meal from specially designated menu selections, and an unforgettable performance of magic — all with no additional fees to pay. Optional upgrades are available to further enhance the experience.
While traditional gift certificates are no longer available for purchase, all previously purchased gift certificates will continue to be honored. Please note that certain performances may restrict the redemption of gift certificates, Master Keys, and promotional codes.

What is included with a Master Key?
A Mystique Dining Master Key admits one guest to a complete dining and entertainment experience, including admission, a select five-course menu, fountain soda, gratuity, and all other applicable charges that have already been paid. No upgrade or additional fees are required.
Do I need a reservation to use my Master Key?
Yes. Master Keys cannot be presented at the door for walk-in admission.
Visit our website and select your desired location, date, seat, and menu selections, then redeem your Master Key at checkout.
Multiple Master Keys may be redeemed for the same performance, subject to availability.

When do I select my menu choices?
Menu selections must be made in advance when you redeem your Master Key and cannot be changed at the event.
We can accommodate dietary restrictions that are noted when you select your menu. Please use the allergy information option at checkout to share your requirements.
Can I use my Master Key at any Mystique Dining location?
No. Master Keys are location-specific and may only be redeemed at the Mystique Dining location printed on the Master Key.
Please purchase your Master Key at the location where you intend to use it.
Does my Master Key expire?
No. Master Keys have no expiration date.
However, they are valid only for eligible, regularly scheduled performances available at the time of purchase or redemption. Certain performances may restrict the use of Master Keys.
Each Master Key admits one person, has no cash value, and is nonrefundable.
Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?
Reservations made with a Master Key may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty if done more than 48 hours before the scheduled performance.
A replacement Master Key will be issued for future use. Reservations cannot be canceled within 48 hours of the performance.
If you miss your reservation, your Master Key is forfeited.
What happens if I lose my Master Key?
Once issued, Master Keys are the purchaser's responsibility. We recommend printing your Master Key or securely saving it as a file, image, or document where you can retrieve it for redemption.
We do not maintain a database of issued Master Keys or retain the original purchaser's information. We cannot look up, recover, or replace a lost Master Key.
