As soon as you walk through the door, you’ll be impressed with the transformation of the space. The vintage magic history that envelopes the surroundings set a tone of elegance for the entire show. The
first room is the entry where you will check in and may purchase concessions. Then you’ll be escorted to your reserved section in the Grand Chamber where the performance will take place. Surrounded by hundreds of candles, towering candelabras, a majestic chandelier, lithographs of magicians from the
past, and show reels of classic performances, your senses will delight in every detail. The performance area can only hold 51 guests, so any seat you select will feel personalized and special. A world-acclaimed and awarded magician will dazzle your eyes and mesmerize your mind for over an hour of laughter and
amazement
Where is the experience located?
The easy-to-locate venue is in an industrial park near Loop 202 and Arizona 143, just east of Sky Harbor Airport. Look for the purple building with Mystique Flags in front.

How long does the experience last?
The performance itself will be in excess of 60 magical minutes. Arrive a little early to check in and get concessions, and if you like, linger a little afterwards to take some pictures.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
Indoors.
What type of seating is available?
All seats have excellent views of the performance. There are three tiers of seating available. VIP and premium admissions are seated at the performance table and are located closest to the magician for the absolute best viewing. The next row has 30” barstools for a comfortably elevated view. The outer row is on a raised platform, again with 30” barstools, to assure optimal viewing. Those guests with wheelchairs or who have difficulty sitting at a barstool should select the seats at the performance table.
Is there air conditioning?
Absolutely! This is Arizona, and it can get hot outside. Every effort is made to make the room comfortable.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
An ASL interpreter is not provided. If a guest brings their own, a complimentary admission will be
provided for the interpreter.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
Unfortunately, magic is a visual art and there is not a viable option to offer at this time.
Will there be strobe lights?
No. There is projected lighting and video for the experience, but none that blinks or strobes.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase?
While this is NOT a dinner experience, a variety of specialty sweet and savory concessions and beverages will be offered for purchase before the show. Depending on location, alcoholic beverages may be
available.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photos of the event space are encouraged, and we hope you will share them online. However, photos or filming of the actual magic performance is not allowed due to the copyright of the performance. Please refrain during that time. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Will there be memorabilia available for purchase?
Yes. Many guests love to take home a t-shirt, deck of cards, magic tricks, souvenir coin or other type of
merchandise.
Will restrooms be available on site?
A restroom is available inside the venue.
Regarding access to the event
Do I need to arrive early?
The show will begin exactly at the time stated on the purchased ticket. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to showtime to check in and to purchase concessions or memorabilia. Doors will be open
one-hour before showtime.
What happens if I arrive late?
It is advised that you do everything possible to avoid being late. The show will still begin at the scheduled time just like any theatre performance you might attend. If you are late, we will do everything possible to escort you to your seat at an appropriate time during the performance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Only documented service animals are allowed.
Is there an age requirement?
The shows are designed with more of an adult understanding in mind. We advise guests to be no younger than 13… think PG-13 standards. Children under 8 years old are not allowed.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Yes.
Is there parking available?
Ample free and convenient parking is available to the side of the building and along the street.
What are the prohibited items and behaviors at the experience?
No smoking, vaping, outside alcohol, or concealed or open weapons (unless permitted by law) are allowed. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove guests who are belligerent, intoxicated, or under the influence without a refund.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
No.
Regarding the tickets Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Tickets are only purchased at the Fever website or Fever App and are available up until showtime.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Is there a Military discount?
No.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order
number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time, or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order
number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Mystique: the Magic Experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
